The battle for the most eligible bachelor in Britain is back on! The young, fit and VERY well connected singletons still looking for love after the Duke of Westminster tied the knot with Olivia Henson

One of Britain’s most eligible bachelors was snapped up today after he wed Olivia Henson at Chester Cathedral.

Hugh Grosvenor, 33, universally known as ‘Hughie’ to aristocratic friends, is estimated to be worth £10.42billion, making him the richest man under 40 in Britain.

He is the godfather to William’s son Prince George and Prince Harry’s son Archie. But while William played a major role at the service among 400 or so expected guests, Harry has remained in California.

Following their society wedding of the year, the Duchess and her billionaire husband Hugh Grosvenor shared a sweet kiss in front of the crowds – gathered in their hundreds – outside of the cathedral.

It was a symbolic moment which confirmed that the Duke is officially off the market as he enters into wedded bliss with his new bride.

However, for singletons wishing for their own Prince Charming, fear not – there are plenty of eligible bachelors who remain in the dating pool.

Hugh Grosvenor is officially off the market as he wed Olivia Henson at Chester Cathedral today, but there are still several of Britain’s most eligible bachelors on the lookout for love, including Louis Spencer

From the Viscount of Althorp to an Oscar award-winning film producer, there are still several high society men on the market.

The edgy Cassius Taylor, who is 43rd in line to the British throne, is still up for grabs for one lucky individual.

Elsewhere, Charles Manners, once dubbed one of the ‘world’s most eligible bachelors’ by Tatler magazine, is still on the market.

Here, FEMAIL reveals the aristocratic men that are yet to tie the knot…

The nephew of Princess Diana, 30, is a little-known actor who keeps his life private with a virtually non-existent media profile.

When his father – Diana’s brother Charles – dies, Louis Spencer will take on his title and become the 10th Earl Spencer.

With it comes the magnificent Grade I listed Georgian house and land estimated to be worth more than £100 million.

With its 90 rooms, extensive collection of prized art and furniture – as well as 28 listed buildings and structures in the grounds – Althorp, in Northamptonshire, has been the family seat of the Spencer family for more than 500 years.

Today, Louis lives in London. Although he has three elder sisters, male primogeniture means it is he who will be the sole heir to this fortune.

Louis, who already holds the title Viscount Althorp, is the youngest child and only son that his father had with his first wife, Victoria Aitken (née Lockwood).

Born on March 14, 1994, at St Mary’s Hospital, London, he was raised by his mother in South Africa following his parents’ split.

Aside from a handful of photo calls with his father, Louis was kept largely out of the spotlight during his childhood

While living in Cape Town he studied at the city’s most expensive private school, Diocesan College, where the fees cost up to the equivalent of £13,955 a year.

He later returned to the UK to study at the University of Edinburgh.

Tall like his cousins Princes William and Harry, Louis went on to study acting at the ArtsEd drama school in Chiswick, London.

But unlike William and Harry, he is yet to tie the knot with a special someone.

Performing under the stage name Louis John Lyons, he is signed to the Tavistock Wood talent agency, whose stars include Dominic West and Lily James.

Unlike his older sisters, Lady Kitty, 33 – who has also modelled for Dolce & Gabbana – and twins Lady Amelia and Lady Eliza, 31, who have been Tatler cover stars, Louis avoids social media and  high-profile events.

CHARLES MANNERS, THE MARQUESS OF GRANBY

Charles Manners, once dubbed one of the ‘world’s most eligible bachelors’ by Tatler magazine, forms part of the family seat of Belvoir Castle, Leicestershire, which is famous as a filming location for Netflix’s The Crown.

He studied business management at Newcastle University, learning skills that will no doubt stand him in good stead when he inherits his father’s title of Duke of Rutland and the family seat of grade II-listed Belvoir Castle, Leicestershire.

Fortunately for any young women dreaming of life as a duchess, it appears the charming aristocrat Charles, 24, is still happily single.

However it would be wise to act fast as hopeful suitors have already been ‘queuing up’ to meet him, according to Tatler.

Charles grew up in neo-Gothic splendour in Belvoir, along with older sisters Lady Violet, 30, Lady Alice, 23, and Lady Eliza, 21, and his younger brother Lord Hugo Manners, 15.

His older sisters, who have all modelled for Dolce & Gabbana, are more active on the Instagram and occasionally share photos of Charles with their following.

Charles appears rather more camera shy and chooses to keep his account private, only allowing 963 pre-approved followers to see his updates.

CASSIUS TYALOR, 46TH IN LINE TO THE BRITISH THRONE

With his edgy exterior and streetwear-inspired style, Cassius Taylor isn’t a typical royal.

At 45th-in-line to the throne, Cassius Taylor has had a little more freedom than some of his royal relatives.

Cassius, 27, is the grandson of Prince Edward, Duke of Kent, the late Queen’s first cousin.

These days, however, he is less likely to appear in group shots on the Buckingham Palace balcony and more likely to appear wearing shades on social media – often at the opening of some artistic venture or other – or DJ-ing at a party.

This makes sense as Cassius is the son of Lady Helen Taylor, 59, and art-dealer Timothy Taylor – and like the children and grandchildren of Princess Margaret, is a signed-up member of the Royal Family’s creative wing.

He has become something of a darling of the London art scene, in fact, and has turned his first tattoo into a whimsical art exhibition.

Like other more distant members of the royal family, Cassius, who was born in 1996, has been allowed to grow up away from the spotlight.

He was educated at Wellington College in Berkshire, which costs £35,775-a-year, before heading to Goldsmiths, where he got a degree in art management.

He also shares a glimpse into his artsy life on Instagram, where snaps show him DJing with friends or hanging out with his glamourous cousins, Lady Amelia Windsor and Flora Vesterberg (grand-daughter of Princess Alexandra, the Duke of Kent’s sister).

Two years ago, he was dubbed one of the UK’s most eligible bachelors by Tatler, and luckily for single ladies, it is understood that he is currently romantically unattached.

VISCOUNT CHARLES ARMSTRONG

Few members of the public would recognise Charles Armstrong-Jones, even though he is the Queen’s great-nephew and a key part of the extended Royal Family.

Charles, 24, has the title Viscount Linley, but leads a private life as a musician – showing an artistic streak that perhaps reflects something of his grandmother, Princess Margaret, his cabinet-maker father and artist aunt, Lady Sarah Chatto.

Like other family members, including Princes William and Harry, Charles was educated at Eton College and was in the same year as his cousin Arthur Chatto, the second son of Princess Margaret’s daughter, Lady Sarah Chatto.

Charles then went on to study product design engineering at Loughborough University.

Graduating in 2021, he now works as a musician. His sister Margarita told Tatler: ‘He is very into his orchestral music. He is self-taught [and he] can sing, play the piano and the guitar.

‘Somehow he combines it all together – including online choirs – on his laptop into one piece of music.’

Today, he is the only one of Princess Margaret’s grandchildren to have a title.

Now, he is the heir apparent to the Earldom of Snowdon and 26th in the line of succession to the British throne, after his father.

And for those on the lookout to secure an aristocratic partner, Charles is yet to reveal a romantic partner.

Count Pete, otherwise known as The Honourable Pete Czernin, is an Oscar-winning British film producer.

And following his divorce from from his wife of 26 years, Lucinda Wright, an art consultant with whom he has two grown-up children, he is back on the market.

Pete, who produced The Banshees of Inisherin, is an Eton chum of David Cameron and is part of the Chipping Norton set.

His familiarity with high society led him to produce hit film The Riot Club, following the debaucherous lifestyle of upper class students at Oxford University.

The producer briefly dated the Walking Dead star Alice Eve, who is 16 years his junior, following the collapse of his marriage, but the pair have reportedly since split.

The Star Trek actress secretly hunkered down for months with Pete Czernin, heir to the Howard de Walden barony, whose family owns 92 acres of Marylebone including Harley Street.

A source said at the time: ‘Pete left his wife and over lockdown began dating Alice. They are in love.

‘Alice is whip-smart, fun and gorgeous and has been telling friends she “feels like herself again”. But Pete’s wife is spitting feathers.’

The pair later split and Alice was reportedly back on the lookout for love.

In 2012, his family’s net worth was said to stand at £2.4billion and Pete benefitted from pay out of his family’s sprawling London estate, according to The Telegraph.
